We said we’d be bringing a shop to our blog and today’s it’s finally gone live! This means you can now order all of the Maguire Vices (and even workbenches) in a few simple clicks. Videos are featured with some product listings so you can see exactly how it works before committing and we’ll look to add more and more of these with time.

Besides our own products from Maguire Workbenches you can purchase a variety of other hand tools. Some are included because we find them particularly useful such as these hand forged holdfasts and Philly Planes are some of Richard’s favourite tools so we wanted to have them on there with our recommendation. As many of you will know we’re slowly working on the restoration of our Wadkin line shaft machinery and so the other reason for expanding the shop beyond our own products is to help with the funding of this huge task. We’re not ones to ask for help directly however all income from the shop will go towards the restoration so if you’re in the market for any of the products then your support would be most appreciated.

We hope you’ll find the shop easy to use. There are several tweaks to be made and a lot more products to be added so please keep checking back. Shipping costs have been set up for many worldwide locations, you can view these by adding the item to your basket, clicking on the ‘Shipping Estimator’ in your shopping cart and selecting your country.

We feel it’s important that you can enjoy our posts without being dragged in to a commercial environment so the two areas are distinctly different.
