Another Happy Customer

June 29, 2012 By Helen Leave a Comment

Amidst the chaos everyday it’s easy for us to become engrossed in our work and focus solely on the day to day occurrences and hiccups. Fortunately we have some very lovely customers and often it’s them who encourage us to take a minute and remember just what it’s all about. Whenever a bench is completed its work is just beginning and we love to hear back from our customers to see how it’s getting on, it’s always a delight to know that they are being put to good use and keeping their owner happy. I received an email just now from a customer who purchased one of our Artisan workbenches and I feel that it really sums up what we hope to achieve:

Hello Helen,
I have been meaning to email you and Richard for some time to express my delight with the Artisan workbench I purchased a few months ago. Rarely does one find a product that is perfectly suited to its purpose, well constructed and a pleasure to use of which the Artisan workbench is all of those. It has already given me many hours of pleasure and I’m sure will for years to come.
Many thanks.

Thanks Geoff, you’ve made our day!

Update: At the present time we’re not building any workbenches for sale, however we have many resources on this website that will help guide you with your own workbench build.

Our English Workbench Video Series takes you step by step through a traditional bench build, starting out with a discussion on choosing the ideal dimensions, demonstrations of how to cut the joinery, right through to flattening your workbench top and building the face vice from scratch.

If you’d like us to guide you through your build with detailed videos and PDF plans, then you can find full details for this Workbench Series here.
