The design discussion in this series is amazing.
This was the best series to date. Photography is on match with the level of craftsmanship, truly outstanding. This is the only online woodworking instruction I pay for because of the quality and personality. Keep up the amazing work!!

All done to the brilliant standard we know and love from the two of you!

As well as being informative, I find the videos entertaining…a bit of humour, the evolution of the finished piece…it’s magic!
– P Beaumont

I look forward to watching the Richard and Helen show as often as possible. Your creations have reinspired an aging woodworker. Thank you.

Beautiful looking. How about a series of articles on assembly?

We get lots of information on stock preparation, joinery, and even some articles on finishing.

No one seems to spend much time on the missing assembly link…

Oh it’s well comfortable, a good slobbing chair. The best bit about this series is the prototyping, and not having the final chair figured out, the design discussions and all that. It’s just packed with all the hard stuff that regular woodworking projects don’t address because the design is usually figured out before filming. In this case you get walked through everything from the very start.

Will it hold two? Me on the armrests, her on the seat? I guess there is only one way to find out. : )
